Mothers Against Drunk Driving   Company Policies • There is 15% gratuity of which 100% goes to the chauffeur. All gratuities are subject to approval. Rates are subject to change and do not apply during special events • Parking & Toll fees will be billed at $5.00 flat rate for all airport arrivals. • We are not liable for delays caused by accidents, airlines, breakdowns, weather, traffic or conditions beyond our control. We will make an effort to notify you of these conditions. • A $10.00 fee is charged for any transfers between the hours of 11:45 PM to 06:00 AM. • A $15.00 Holiday Surcharge will be added for National Holidays. • All fees and charges for charters of 3 plus hours will be billed after the service(s) have been rendered. All one way (pick-up & drop offs) airport transfers/charters /proms/special events will be billed at time of reservation.  • All no shows, late arrivals and late cancellations will be billed the amount of the original reservation(Plus a $25.00 per 1/4 hr additional wait/late fee). Cancellation must be made within the following guidelines to avoid cancellation, wait or late fee charges: A minimum of four (4) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick up time for airport transfers. All special events (Masters Golf Tournament, NFL and NBA Play Offs in Atlanta) have a minimun of 48 hours.   A minimum of forty-eight (48) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick up time for charters. All late cancellations are subject to all fees and charges as previously mentioned in points 7-9. Reservations for Proms, Special Events and Conventions must be secured by a non-refundable deposit of 35% seventy-two hours (72) prior to the event. Vehicle Policies • All vehicles are non smoking. (There will be a minimum charge of $500.00 for deodorizing of the vehicle) • Complimentary chilled bottled water and/or soda are provided in our vehicles. Please call us for other beverage request and/or refreshment needs. • Any and all damages or excessive clean up will be billed to the renting party-- minimum of $500.00. No alcohol is allow when minors are traveling in any vehicle. Wait & Travel Time • Travel time for in town Augusta area locations is computed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick up point to the time it returns to the final drop off point (door to door). Additional rates may apply for all other areas outside of August, GA. • Airport transfers are subject to the following wait time: Stops to and from airports are charged $20.00 per stop up to fifteen (15) minutes. Multiple stops (2 or more) or a stop (1 stop) of more than fifteen (15) minutes will revert to a charter rates of $100.00 per hour additionally. Private airport arrivals are initially billed at a 1.5 hourly rate. Chauffeur will arrive at 15-30 minutes prior to estimated time of plane arrival. Wait & Travel Time, cont. • Chauffeur Meet & Greet: There is no charge for our chauffeurs to meet passengers at the entrance of the baggage claim at their respective airline. This pertains to all transfers for our Sedans, SUVs and Vans. Please contact us if you prefer curb side pick up options. • Greet Staff available for $25.00 per hour for inside Airport pick ups in our large luxury vehicles and/or for arrivals of Event Group(s).
